We, ArtificeX, collect limited technical information, such as network and performance logs, to operate, secure, and debug the service. We store information you provide or generate, such as account data, uploaded images, and generated content, so that we can provide the service to you. We do not sell your personal information, use your content for advertising, or make your content public. We only disclose information to service providers as necessary to operate the service, or when required by law. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and debugging, while account content is retained until you delete the content or delete your account. We do not use your uploaded or generated content to train AI models. If we ever decide to do so, we will announce the change publicly and will only use your content for training with your explicit consent.
